Messages are received around the clock on every channel. We reply as fast as we can during working hours; if we are out on a flight it may take a little longer.

What happens after you message us

Four steps from your first message to the delivered files

1

Tell us the brief

The location, the date and the shots you want. Reference photos or clips help a lot.

2

Quote

We check the no-fly zones and the distance, then send a free quote within the day.

3

Confirm and file permits

We lock in the date, assign the pilot team and file any flight permits the law requires.

4

Shoot and deliver

We shoot on site, select and edit, then send the files through a download link.

What to have ready before you message

The more you tell us up front, the faster you get a real price without back-and-forth

  • Location — the name of the place, or just drop a map pin, so we can check the no-fly zones and the distance.
  • Date and time of day — drones may only fly between sunrise and sunset, so tell us the light you are after as well.
  • Type of job — resort, real estate, wedding, event or survey. Each one is shot differently.
  • What you want delivered — stills, video or both. Do you need it edited and ready for social, and roughly how long?
  • Reference work you like — a link to a clip or photo in the style you want. Nothing gets us on the same page faster.
  • Site constraints — is it enclosed, crowded, near an airport, or does it need the property owner's permission?

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask most before booking

What does a drone shoot cost?

It depends on the location, the distance, how long we shoot and how much editing you need. Send the details to LINE @orbitcine and we will quote it free within the day. Quotations are always free.

Are you properly licensed, and can you fly in the city?

Our pilots are registered, have completed the Royal Thai Air Force unmanned aircraft pilot course, and we carry insurance. Every aircraft is registered with the NBTC and CAAT. City flying is allowed within the rules — a ceiling of 90 metres, at least 9 kilometres from an airport, and 30 to 50 metres of separation from uninvolved people depending on the aircraft weight.

Do you take jobs in other provinces?

We work throughout Thailand. Travel and accommodation are charged by distance and we always confirm the full total before the booking — nothing is added afterwards.

How long until we get the files?

Colour graded stills come back faster than video. Editing time depends on the length and the number of shots. The delivery date is stated in the quote from the start, and if you need it urgently we keep a rush slot.

What if it rains or the wind is strong on the day?

Safety comes first, always. If conditions fall outside the limits — wind beyond what the aircraft can handle, poor visibility, or thunderstorms — the pilot in command stops the flight and we reschedule at no penalty.

How far ahead should we book?

We suggest at least 3 to 7 days, so there is time to check the no-fly zones and file a permit if one is needed. Jobs requiring special clearance need more notice than that.
